MSc Building Services Engineering and Energy Management degree is awarded by Kingston University London. The course provides an in-depth knowledge of Building Services Engineering, focusing on the design, installation, operation, and maintenance of mechanical and electrical systems within buildings. Learners will gain technical skills and knowledge in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems, lighting, fire protection, plumbing, and sustainable building technologies. Learners will receive hands-on practical knowledge and skills through seasoned industry professionals engaged in the design and implementation of mechanical and electrical systems for modern buildings.
Learners will gain technical skills in and knowledge of HVAC systems, Electrical Services, Mechanical Services and Building Energy Management, as well as Sustainable Building Design and Facilities Management. In addition, learners will receive in-depth practical knowledge and skills through seasoned Industry Professionals engaged in HVAC systems, Building Services Design, and Energy Management based implementations.
An honours degree with a Second Class or above in Engineering or a related Science, or an equivalent Professional qualification.with a minimum Credit pass (C) for English in G.C.E. Ordinary Level.
